Risks and Guarantees

Subscribe in a public token offering carries risks of partial or total loss of subscription. No guarantees are provided regarding:

• The liquidity of the tokens acquired during the offering

• The existence of a secondary market for these tokens

• The value of the tokens acquired during the offering

• The equivalent value of these tokens in currency.

The tokens do not constitute financial instruments as defined in Article L.211-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code and confer no rights other than those described in this information document (the "Information Document").

Furthermore, the regulatory framework applicable to the offering and the tokens, as well as the tax regime applicable to the holding of tokens, have not yet been defined in certain jurisdictions.
