AMF - MiCA

To date, NAEST has not initiated any steps with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). However, some services that NAEST intends to deploy in the short or long term may require registration as a Digital Asset Service Provider ("PSAN"), particularly the service of custody on behalf of third parties of digital assets or access to digital assets as outlined in Article L. 54-10-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code.

In any case, NAEST company intends to take all necessary steps to comply with current regulations and, in particular, to carry out the process of notifying this Information Document to the AMF in accordance with European MiCA regulations.
